I registered for a course but I cannot see the course in my LMS account. What should I do?

• For live courses, you should see the course in your LMS account a couple of days before the course starts.
• For live bundle courses (e.g., Part 1 and Part 2), each part will be added to your LMS account separately, a few days before the start of that specific part. It is normal for only the upcoming part to be visible initially.
• For self-study courses, you will see it as soon as you are registered. But if the self-study course is a new one or has a major update, then the course will be available in your account a couple of days before the course starts.
